2. Conduct Your Due Diligence
Once your application has been reviewed and approved, you will be provided our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). The FDD is available in a printed or electronic format. Thoroughly review this document, which contains highly pertinent information regarding our company’s background, our franchise business program, and preview copies of any documents you may sign when becoming a franchisee.

3. Schedule a Field Interview
Our regional development representative for your region will schedule a face-to-face meeting to answer any questions you may have and to ensure that becoming a Charley's Grilled Subs® franchise owner will be a beneficial arrangement for all of us.

4. Attend our Discovery Day/Orientation Program*
Once your application has been approved and our development representative is comfortable that you are a suitable candidate, your next step will be to visit our corporate office in Columbus, Ohio. During this visit you will participate in a two day program where you will receive a more in depth introduction to Charley’s, meet, with each department head to learn their department's role in the franchise support system, interview with members of our executive committee and spend some time “behind the scenes” in one of our Columbus locations. The culmination of this program will be the signing of the Franchise Agreement and paying the franchise fee.

*Prior to scheduling your "evaluation" program:
1. You will need to supply us with a COMPLETE financial statement including any and all supporting documents such as bank and/or brokerage statements.
2. You will need to complete an on-line or printed version of our "Franchise Profile".
